Gripe to the News Media: File complaints with broadcasters and publishers when you hear or see junk science-filled news reports. If you don't complain, media types may never know they got the story wrong.
Gripe to Elected Officials: Federal, State and local governments often take action on the basis of junk science. Alert your elected representatives to junk science problems and get others to do the same.
Gripe to Businesses that Use Junk Science: Reputable business shouldn't be making health claims that can't be backed up with real scientific evidence. Let them know that. Support businesses that are attacked with junk science.
